Interviewed twice for this role. The first interview with the recruiter was positive and straightforward. The second was supposed to be with the hiring manager but was changed at the last minute to a team member. The interview went well, and I was told I had done very well and should expect an email to schedule a third interview with the hiring manager. However, after three weeks of silence and a follow-up email to the recruiter, I never received any response. The interviewers were friendly, but the lack of communication was disappointing, especially after taking time off work and preparing for multiple interviews. Candidates deserve timely updates, even if the company decides not to move forward. Disappointing
