I had two telephone interviews with the person who would ultimately be my manager. The interview covered my background and the expectations for the position. This is a position which deals with matching medical insurance recipients with resources that exist within the community. The interview was short, to the point and was not stressful.

I was hired over the phone. great for me. They judge you by your experience, not your appearance. You must have experience in social services. After you are hired. You must attend training which is very intensive.
