One junior resource will come and ask you a java question. He will judge your java skills on basis of this question. Appearing in this company is a waste of time and effort . Atleast they should have mature people interviewing . For framework design they will ask question on how to read from excel code I told them the POI library should be used and i am not aware of all methods now which we can get easily from internet but some how this immature interviewer was not convinced. Did not like the attitude of management . They want people to keep their laptops outside at reception while interviewing . Don't know what is the reason. In feedback the person mentioned i am not good in Java I got two offers meanwhile from other more established organizations
