The interviews were pretty casual. After the initial phone screen with HR, I met with 5 different members of the team spanning creative to account. Each interview was a 1:1 that lasted 30 minutes. The questions asked were different per person interviewing but overall they were basic, normal interview questions.

Applied through recruiter, networked with a colleague from a prior agency (who would soon become my director), had a phone screen interview and then flew in for day of interviews and tour through Des Moines before receiving the job offer a week or two later.
