There was two rounds..one round technical. Be well prepared in technical..Focus on soft skills.It was overall a very neutral experience .Interview was in Paris. Hr round went well

The interview process was good. They vetted me thoroughly and I had to complete a zoom interview first before I was invited back to do a in person interview. I had to meet with each department head and the process was about 4 hours. Very casual but informational. It allows you the opportunity to really see the company and how they work and for the company to see you in your element also.

Small organization there fore has to go through all levels. Great people. Mostly questions through your resume. More than talent they require a perfect fit for their team. The process mainly consist of engaging conversations.
