Did a phone interview, went well and was asked to come for an in-person. Was there for over four hours. Being asked the same questions over and over. One interviewer being 20 minutes late! No consideration for the time you spent there. Very unorganized process. Felt the interview went well did a follow up email to check on status only to be ghosted. Advice: please respect the candidates time and at the very least be professional and get back to us that you’re not interested!
