Received an email from a recruiter at Intapp that contained at least 10 errors in just 3 sentences, including a misspelled name, grammar issues, incorrect words like “salry expectatons” and “yoiur,” and missing punctuation. The message was extremely unprofessional and difficult to take seriously. Replied with all requested details, only to receive a system-generated rejection email later that same evening, without any follow-up or acknowledgment.

I was contacted by a recruiter regarding job opportunities. The interview process was lengthy. 6 total interviews. The first red flag was when the recruiter sent me another candidate's resume with an interview confirmation. I still continued through the interview process. The last interview was with the senior director/VP. I was told at the end of the interview, I would be receiving an offer. Even the hiring manager called a few days later to reconfirm my interest in the role. Fast forward to the next week and I get a call from the recruiter stating they went with another candidate. Completely dishonest on the company's part. Definitely wouldn't consider this company in the future due to the lack ethical standards.
