Phone call a few hours after I applied for the role, was positive and told I would hear back soon. Didn't hear anything till 3 months later when I got invited for an interview. This was with the leaders of two teams who both had vacancies. Questions were fairly general, just about my CV and expirence. Finally I had to complete a small maths test with a calculator. Got the job offer about a week later.

Tell us about a time you received positive feedback?
It was an informal interview where the interviewers gave a brief description of the company and their respective positions. They asked the insurance related questions and also asked to explain a project shortly from my CV.

Entrevista
Applied online and received an invitation to a screening interview just a week later. Had a meet and great with two managers and then was invited for a formal interview. They were really friendly and questions not too difficult.

Glassdoor has helped me negotiate my salary and make sure I'm getting paid fairly. Gather validate and analyse information, creating models and preparing reports to support actuarial activities this was a bad process.
