Telephone interview followed by two face to face interviews at the main office in London. The whole process took about three weeks. I had expected two interviews and was rather disappointed when I was asked to go back for the third. As it turned out, the telephone interview was a fairly relaxed chat, and the third interview was not particularly challenging, it felt more like a rubber stamping exercise. The second interview was the most challenging. The entire interview and onboarding process took about 6 weeks because after I received an offer I had to have police and financial checks. RSA were not happy with my business insurance so I had to find another provider.
