First step is an online screening with HR. Basic questions on resume and work authorization. Followed by Interview with Technical Person, either senior engineer or team lead. Followed by Hiring manager round.
The interview process was great. Everyone was so nice and inclusive and the questions were not that bad. The company culture seemed very positive. I found the company on Linkedin and did not know much about it at first

Met with current employees and recruiters, was offered a summer position a few weeks later, had a great experience overall. It felt like the hiring team was genuinely trying to get to know me through my personality and work ethic.
