I had a very frustrating experience with the recruitment process at Intact. After completing and passing their initial coding assessment, I was asked to schedule the next step. Unfortunately, they were quite inflexible with availability, offering limited time slots that were hard to accommodate. Despite adjusting my schedule and patiently waiting for weeks, the communication from their HR team completely dropped off. No follow-up, no updates — just radio silence. It's disappointing to see this level of unprofessionalism, especially after investing time and effort into their process. A simple update or closure would have gone a long way. Hope they improve their candidate experience and treat applicants with more transparency and respect.
