Started with email, and then HR scheduled a HR interview, after a week scheudled the interview and then she ghosted without giving any other feedback. Then got an email saying I was not selected, waste fo time

Entrevista
3 rounds. Phone screening with HR. Interview with the hiring manager and then the final round with the IT director. The entire interview process took around 3-4 weeks. A lot of behaviour and technical questions. Everyone was bilingual (French/English). Salary was low compared to industry standards.
