Behavioral questions with hiring manager . Whole process took about a month. They also conduct background checks. Two stage interview process- 1st stage was the prerecorded questions asked and you respond to the computer. About 2wks later interview with hiring manager
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for

Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
