First was a video interview, then got called for a second interview that was done virtually with two unit managers. Both were very nice and asked behavioural questions that required me to answer in STAR method. Questions asked were basic interview questions that got to know me, my experiences and what I knew about the role. Overall, the interview process was smooth I heard back from them within just a couple of weeks!

Extremely unprofessional hiring manager, who is also the unit manager for the department I applied for. She said it would take a few weeks for a response, I've been ghosted for now over 5 weeks (not even a rejection). I know someone who works for the company, they called downtown to find out how the interview went and the exact words from the hiring manager, "They interviewed very well but did not sell their self, they didn't seem like they wanted the job at all". This is concerning as they made me travel downtown for this interview when the position was available at another location closest to my home. Also worth mentioning I was over an hour early for my interview to ensure that I was on time and prepared, so if that is not selling myself then I don' t know what is. Furthermore, last I checked I didn't apply to be a sales rep. In conclusion, your hiring team should show more professionalism and keep their opinions to themselves, it should have never been an opinion based to make a decision or lack there of , it should be about if you can do the job or not, and no where in that interview did they indicate nor did I show that I was incapable of doing the job.
