Very efficient, there was an initial screen, then 4 rounds of interviews with the manager, future teammates, and the CPO. All virtual Zoom calls with no issues. Questions were about background knowledge of the company, a writing test, a quantitative test, and ample opportunities to show your strengths. The whole process took under a month.
