The hiring team heavily lacked in professionalism and communication. The Job Description did not fully cover the real scope of work, which I only discovered when someone asked questions related to them. Had three rounds of interviews and a reference check, where the referees had to answer a very long questionnaire, but never heard back after the final interview, despite multiple calls, voicemails and emails, which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
