I only made it to the 1st round... which was phone screening. So apparently, they call everyone from what I gather who applies for a position whether or not they qualify. What I mean by this is that the position requires for Ph.D. Yet my application was considered... Minimum vs. preferred qualifications which is what it was a case of. Then I told them there was another position that better fits my qualifications; hence, I was considered for that one instead. Convoluted process.. the HR Associate should have been more prepared!
