Like many others stories on here the interview story begins with an initial recruiter call where they read off a very well crafted story board that gets you very excited about the company. You then go into an interview with the hiring manager where you are given a simulation to complete. This is where the story unfortunately turns negative. Upon sending over the simulation that does take time to complete I had complete radio silence from everyone inclusive of the recruiter. 3 weeks later after nothing I get a very sad and very generic email from a general email saying they had filled the position. While I don’t think people need to provide total transparency the lack of just respect for folks that spend time on this interview process warrants at least a human interaction if they won’t be moving forward. Very disappointing.
