The process was at first efficient by the internal recruiter who kept communication open with me throughout. The interview was agreed and then for weeks after I had radio silence from the organisation, the recruiter was chasing feedback for me however there were also quiet spells in between. I’d have preferred to have just been told I wasn’t successful right away, as the recruiter had advised me she thought my skills were perfectly suited and that she felt confident there would be a position for me. The process dragged on big time and I ended up accepting another job offer.
