The interview was process was extremely long, over four rounds throughout several weeks for an entry level position. The company sent a care package at the beginning of the process which was a really nice touch.

I interviewed virtually with Instacart and the process was seamless in terms of feeling connected to the interviewer. There were 5 rounds of virtual interviews that each lasted around 30-45 minutes long.
