A recruiter contacted me, spoke to me on the phone, then asked me to schedule a technical interview with a third-party interview company. I scheduled the interview for the next day, worked through some technical questions with the interviewer, and he emailed me to say he has delivered his feedback to Instacart. That was a month ago, and nothing more has been said to me about my application. These guys pay recruiters to cold-call you, then they pay somebody else to interview you, then don't even bother to follow up.
