I talked with someone during the phone screen and felt not giving enough opportunities to talk about my experience. This is a paid social position but the person asked me about SEO experience. They will just throw a question out and evaluate. so I would suggest someone interviewing with them prepare for thorough answers and do not expect too much to have a back and forth conversation.
