I emailed my resume and cover letter from a listing on Indeed.com. The interview was a 3-step process: phone interview, in-person interview with Sales Manager and then in-person interview with CEO. The offer came via email -- not even a phone call to welcome me. I assume that they do this, to avoid a conversation about the salary offer.
