You'll be invited to a quick call with HR, to discuss your experience. This is a lie. It's actually a technical interview and the only interview in their hiring process. This interview is recorded and the person conducting it is entirely non-technical with makes very little sense and makes conversing with them nearly impossible. There was an obvious gap in technical knowledge because I was expected to come in and implement a massive feature that would usually take several months in 2-3 weeks which is absurd because 2 weeks is the time it usually takes to get used to an entirely new codebase. The interview ends with the interviewer mentioning that they ghost applicants that don't pass the interview and if you try asking for feedback they'll simply give you a vague reply or will never respond. TLDR it's your usual German sweatshop with a sloppy hiring process.
