Weirdest interview ever. I was selected for the behaviour round. The interviewer asked me that where are you living right now? I told her that I am living in India and then she asked why you haven't mentioned this in the resume? I told here that I have written the name of the city in my resume. At the end of interview she told me that visa process takes a lot time around 6 months and embassy is present in some other city in India. I was confused by this, I asked some of my seniors who are living abroad about the visa process. They replied that the recruiter is lying. I realised that they wanted to hire someone who is living in Berlin and they just lied to me about the visa process. After 2 weeks I got a reply from another recruiter for the review meeting and there she told me that they were looking for someone with more experience. I don't have much confidence on the ethics of this company and won't apply in future. Please beware before joining this company, specially if you are not living in Germany.
