I applied online and got an invite for a first interview. The 1st interview was a general discussion about myself and a little bit about the company and the role. I asked about the salary range but no answer. Recruiter told me this would be part of the last round. The process was described like follow: - First interview - Technical interview - Cultural fit and salary discussion. I got an invitation to the technical interview directly after it. I passed the technical interview, however they told me that we need to arrange a second technical interview because first one was limited in time. We did that and afterwards, I was told I need to discuss with their tech lead who was away. So I did a 30 minutes discussion with the tech lead, then a discussion about the role and my experiences (last round and no salary discussion). Hours later, I received a software rejection, and when I asked for an explanation, I was ghosted.

Did the first round interview with a talent specialist Anthony, everything went well and was advised they will move me to the next round. Recruiter then ghosted me. Not a good experience so wouldn't recommend this company to others.
