What a terrible terrible experience. Their HR team is horrible. I think they have hired some 3rd party HR services from ANSR. They never pick up the call, won't keep you posted. You are the only one who will have to chase them. And the process is too long to bear. I applied in April, got first call in May. Gave a full fledged assignment(first round), and then the second round was scheduled with the Design manager (India) after 14 days of waiting. I cleared that and then came 3rd round which was some lady from US. I cleared that as well, and then I get a call saying they want a 4th round. I was still fine , it happened and then they ghoshal me. No call, no mail nothing. Even if I'm not selected, I have the right to know. Then after billion calls they finally answered saying the feedback is negative and all this is happening in June. So imagine. I wasted my whole 3 months for nothing. I asked for feedback, they said they'll mail me. Guess what again ghosted. I have not heard from them about why am I not hired even after 4 rounds of interview. Goddd, to bad.
