They were nice, however, despite my experience in addition to creating a landing page mock prior to the interview I was told I may not be qualified. Despite the fact that I made the theme from scratch, to specs, they were questioning my ability to use 3rd party page builders... That I find to be very odd. After speaking with my recruiter, I was told they had been interviewing for over 4 months, 20-30 candidates. I grew the impression that they were both told to find someone, but perhaps the only two women in the department may not have been really wanted another developer.. Job security maybe?
