HR Dept. invited me to start the interview process after a lengthy application, resume and cover letter, with the additional questionnaire on Indeed to answer more specific questions beforehand. Then, once the date came to be interviewed over the phone, HR reached out to say they have reviewed my resume closer and no longer think I'm a good fit for this specific job. Makes me think all my hard work initially just went through an algorithm, giving me false hope to speak to a human. Not Cool!
