Recruited for an interview from a professional website. Four interviews in two months. The interviews took place both in-person and via phone conferencing with HR, directors, senior staff, and the owner. After reading the reviews on Glassdoor, I was not surprised when asked during an interview, if I was willing to work evenings and weekends. To which I replied "not often". I hope I did not offend. If OT is a job requirement, then re-organization of project management may be suggested.
