Contacted by a recruiter though my college board and got set up with an interview. Met with 3 different current account managers and then the branch managers. Everyone seemed really nice and upbeat and thought the interview went really well despite being skeptical of who they were hiring. They mention its not about how you interview but an IT factor but it seemed the IT factor was being a pretty girl or having a connection that was already employed because it wasn't as if any these people were the most extrovert people you will ever meet. After learning of similar instances of people who I felt were very personable and I applied not getting a second interview(which from what it sounds is just a lunch to offer you the job) and reading glassdoor I was afraid I would meet the same fate which I did.
Though I like Insight Global mindset for their company I do believe they need to reevaluate their interviewing practices because it seems like they have their mindset already before any interview.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
