Several back to back phone interviews. They flew me out to meet with executives and to meet the account team and the. never heard a word back after a follow up thank you email and a phone call. Found out later they approached my references trying to gain additional business.

There are many calls before even getting a first interview. They’ll hype you up and you’ll think you get it and then first round they don’t even push you through and say there’s a 5% chance you’ll get employed.

They emailed, then called and finally zoom call with two of them! I thought it was pretty easy. After that they became unresponsive but finally they send an email letting you know.
