VERY LONG! Read on I had the initial interview with the hiring manager and everything went very good to the point she said I could move to the next round..... I'm like " NEXT ROUND" o.o aren't you the hiring manager. xD - #fail Any ways next was an interview with the team and of course that went great too, but then the Talent Acquisition person mentioned they wanted me to go on another interview with more of the team (in another department). So I went to that one and did very good. Talent Acquisition called again and set me up for the 4th one. At this point I was already ready to decline even if they offered because it was a major TURN OFF to continue to make someone interview when everyone on the team including the hiring manager has approved. Now on to the 4th, I felt it went great as well, however, I wrote the Talent Acquisition person and asked about any feedback, she ghosted me for 2 days, then when the person who referred me to this company spoke to her, she finally wrote me back. She asked if she could call me, so i said "Yes", but she took another 20mins or so to give me a call just to tell me that the company wanted someone with CRM experience...... #LIES #racist company SO TELL ME WHY the company Hiring Manager never asked any questions to this regard NOR did any of the team. I feel like it was a racist thing from the last interview. From some of the reviews I read, THEY ARE RACIST and treat their employees bad. The girl Ashley Nygaard just might be one of them as well. She said herself that she has conflicts in the company. And from what I can tell by her she starts the drama and conflicts. With my years of experience and working for HIGHER NAMED companies WAY BETTER THAN this company, have I never been told "I am not fit for the team or job". ESPECIALLY when I went through 3 successful interviews here at IG and they ALL asked the same questions and I gave GREAT examples. SMH! This job is a waste of time and like Ashley N said this company is known for the HIGH TURNOVER! DON'T waste your time... Find a better company like DELTA or something other than this company.
