I applied online and I got a call from Courtney a few days later. She was really nice but asked only about my social life on campus. She basically said my job was to be the "face" of accounting and take customers out to lunch and stuff. Just not a good fit.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
