A recruiter reached out to me on Linked in. We had a phone interview about two weeks later. She then asked me to come in for a face to face interview that week with the recruiting managers I never ended up meeting. It was so disorganized that they had me waiting in the conference room for almost 30 minutes before they pulled a random account manager to speak with me who barely interviewed me. After she spoke with me she then scrambled to try and track down another girl to speak with me since one of the recruiting managers I was supposed to meet with was too busy and another was on vacation. I was never told when I'd be reached out to again. I then waited almost a week until I finally , once again, contacted my recruiter and she told me I wasn't a good "fit". Maybe if I had actually had an organized interview with the correct people I would have been a better "fit".

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
