I applied online for this role through a job board, Insight then called me had a small chat about my background. I was invited in for an interview two weeks later where i sat with two team leaders from the client services department. My language skills were checked, by having a quick chat with a native speaker. Once that was passed we commenced the interview which took approximately 15 minutes. We discussed my background, went through a series of interview questions, how would you respond to certain situations.
I found it important to also research the comanpy and understand the company culture and job description.

it was a good interview, not so hard at all if you know what you're looking for. plus they offer great benefits, weekends off. it's a good company to work for
