Applied online and was provided some optional dates to discuss position with the manager, Spoke over the phone and then was provided dates for face to face meeting. Meeting went well but not the right fit. I appreciate the time and the opportunity and would look for other positions when they become available.
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location

Entrevista
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
