It was good there were 3 rounds first intro second technical and the third was an interactive session with the CEO. The whole process was smooth and went fast. The HR department was very cooperative and chill.

March 2025: Unprofessional Interview Process and Lack of Communication.
I recently had an interview experience with ICCS LTD that left me extremely disappointed.
**First Round Experience:**
- I was invited to the company's office for an interview.
- The first round was conducted successfully.
**Issues Faced:**
- I was waiting for my second round when HR and another individual informed me that the person scheduled to conduct my second interview was unavailable due to an internal issue that had been escalated.
- They apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to leave, promising to reschedule the second round as a virtual interview.
**Lack of Communication:**
- Despite multiple follow-ups via call and email, I have not received any response from HR.
- The prolonged silence and lack of feedback are unacceptable.
- For the interview process, I traveled from Gurgaon to Noida, taking a day off from my office to give this interview. Now, despite my efforts to follow up, the HR is not responding to my calls or emails. This complete lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
**Conclusion:**
The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. I hope the company improves its communication and scheduling practices to provide a better experience for future candidates.
