Interview process consisted of three Zoom calls. Two with a contracted "Talent Partner" and one with the hiring manager and a member of the people team. The initial Zoom call with the talent partner was 30 minutes long and was mostly a quick review of my application information and what to expect going into the interview with the hiring manager and member of the people team. The style of this interview was casual and somewhat conversational. The second Zoom call was with the hiring manager and a member of the people team and lasted around 40 minutes. This interview was a brief review of my qualifications to perform the duties of the Driver Support Associate role and then more of a personality and motivation test. This interview was a bit less conversational in nature and more of a quiz. There was a standard style of leaving time for my questions toward the end of the interview. The third Zoom call was with the talent partner again and was used to inform me of the hiring manager's decision. Unfortunately, I did not get the job; however, I appreciated the effort to inform me in a more personal manner through a Zoom call rather than an email.
