The interview process consisted of 4 stages, from an initial HR introductory call, an interview with the hiring manager, a mock Scrum Event and a final stage interview. Given the current situation with Covid, the interview process was completed remotely with video calls. All of the interviews were easily accessible and the colleagues I spoke to all were very positive, engaging, friendly and welcoming. It was apparent through each stage that Inshur's culture is something that is lived and breathed by each employee and this was very appealing. Throughout the interview process the HR team kept me updated and sought my feedback; along with answering any questions I had. It was a really positive experience and this made me want to be successful even more! I would highly recommend Inshur as an employer!
