Entrevista
Fairly easy interview, although there were a lot of redundant questions from separate panels. It was a little discouraging when asked a subjective question, "Where do you see your career in the future" I was actually berated for my response. I answered in business analyst. They took an uncomfortable amount of time to tell me that my answer was wrong, including that they'd never seen a QA engineer make a successful transition over. It felt like a red flag on a first date.
I got far into the process, was told I did well and things looked good. Two interview sessions, over four panels. All told I spent about four hours with them, plus 4 - 5 hours of research. I had a conversation with HR and the manager saying they'd get back to me in a few days. However they ghosted on me after that which felt odd considering how far into the process I had gotten, I didn't even a receive a rejection letter.

Even though the interview feeling was so positive and I completed the task, they didn't even give me any comment or feedback. immediately rejected my application.

task: they ask me to write a test scenario and a test plan using Gherkin language for certain steps and functionality. It was not so clear and the person told me I can ask to clarify and I completed the task in a short time and ask for clarification based on my work. They didn't even explain to me what is missing or their opinion about my approach.

3 hours with 3 people in each interview. From more general personality and attitude to more technical questions and then meeting the team. QA manager was in each interview and was instrumental in making me at ease with the process.
