The interview process took around 30 minutes. They asked to explain previous experience in Servicenow domain and other domains. The questions asked included difference between SLA and OLA, how you prioritize features, what was the work done in ITSM and how i did requirements gathering. The majority of questions were to understand the servicenow experience. Though the interview went well, didnt get a response from them. However the interview experience was good.
