The interview process involved a take home task followed by an interview discussing the task, and then another interview to assess soft skills. I would say there was insufficient communication on the purpose of the second interview. I received detailed feedback on what they were looking for in Stage 2 that was missing in my performance. Had I been notified these are the skills they were looking for, I would have made sure to highlight them. Overall a very pleasant interaction.
