Interview process was fairly standard, and I appreciated the opportunity to shadow the unit. However, I was never contacted when I didn't get an offer, and had to log in to the portal to find out I was no longer being considered. I would have appreciated at least a letter.

What is a difficult situation you’ve been in and how did you handle the conflict?
HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting interview. Multi-panel interview process. Doesn't last longer than 30 minutes. Questions about your nursing skills and experiences, background in education and leadership roles.
virtual and peer interview. Not hard. They need nurses. Not a bad place to work, just not get paid well. Good for new grad since it is a teaching hospital.
