This depraved bureaucratic hospital takes weeks to months to hire. If you do not make personal contact with the unit manager it make take over a month to secure an interview. The HR department does not freely communicate with managers regarding new applicants.

What is a difficult situation you’ve been in and how did you handle the conflict?
HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting interview. Multi-panel interview process. Doesn't last longer than 30 minutes. Questions about your nursing skills and experiences, background in education and leadership roles.
virtual and peer interview. Not hard. They need nurses. Not a bad place to work, just not get paid well. Good for new grad since it is a teaching hospital.
