Two weeks after I submitted my application, I received a request for a 15 minute phone screening interview with the Talent Acquisition rep to help determine if I had the basic qualifications for the role. I was notified about setting up a second interview a week after the first. The second interview would be a panel interview consisting of the Senior Director of Finance, Director of Finance, and two managers of Finance for the department for this role. The panel interview lasted about 40 minutes, and I was told their would be only one interview after which a determination would me made. Within a week of the panel interview I received an email response regarding the results.

Via zoom, a bit impersonal. Team culture not well described. Pay seemed well below market average for similar positions elsewhere. Seemed to be squeezing interviews in vs dedicating time to listen and respond appropriately.

Phone interview with HR recruiter. Within 2 business days recruiter contacted for an in person panel interview. After panel interview almost another 2 business days later contacted for a second interview with a Director and AVP. Both went smoothly. Offered job after 2 days of second interview. Very quick turnaround
