They will ask you complete the pluralsight test and next is the technical round.
Even if you score above par in online pluralsight test, they will not consider it to be true and will ask you- about any attempts made earlier because they will not believe you and your scores.
Later, in technical round, non-technical people will interview you with browsing question from online at the time of interview.
Next, after all this process is done, they will come up with weird reason of rejection.

Called me up for the interview process and before that I've already explained that I'm yet to complete 45 days of my NP on call itself. The HR took my Resume and took my details and asked me to wait for 3 days. It's now 30 days almost and they don't care.
