You only get to interview after you pass the technical exam. Once you pass the technical exam, the interview would be a breeze. However, you must be able to read circuit diagrams and know the different circuit configurations for basic electronic parts such as diodes, transistors, and opamps.

The interview process includes application submission, initial screening, technical or skills assessment, a main interview with HR or hiring managers, a final interview if required, and then a job offer with a background check before official hiring.
