I applied for the opening through a job board. I received an email a day or two later asking me to complete an online skills and personality test. A few days after completing the online tests I was emailed thanking me for completing the tests and asked if I was still interested in interviewing for the position. I replied that I was and an interview time and date were agreed on. When I arrived for the interview it was a vacant office with one person present. I interviewed and he stated he would be going over his notes with the owner and they would be calling for second interviews the following week. A few days later I received an email that they had decided to fill the position with someone with more experience in their industry.
