The initial screening was through text. Asking if I have experience using MS program management. Honestly told them that, I did not. Screener just texted me back informing me that they need someone who has. I just responded, "OK." A few weeks later, they got back to me, scheduled a phone call, explained to me the position, and then told me that I'll have 2 more interviews to go through. The hiring supervisor was very nice, explained to me in more detail about the position, and then told me that I would proceed with the final interview. The final interviewer called in 30 minutes late, and then I could already feel the disinterest. Gave me 5 questions, which were just confirmation of information that was already in my CV. Then ended the call on a bland note. Makes me wonder if that was a professional job interview. The interviewer made me feel that I was a total waste of time.
